About.

I design for the places where “feels obvious” is much harder than it sounds.

Making things simple

Lead UI/UX & Product Designer in Doha. Seven years across healthcare, finance, government, education, and corporate. Currently at Atelier (A101).

UI/UX Design

Mobile apps and web platforms built to survive contact with real users: clinicians mid-shift, fans during a live match, investors mid-decision, citizens looking for a service.

Web Design

High-performance websites for organisations that are judged the moment a page loads. Structure and restraint first, surface second.

Product Design

End-to-end product thinking: flows, states, edge cases, and the unglamorous details that decide whether a product actually works.

Web & App Development

Comfortable carrying design through to a live, deployed build: Webflow and Framer on the front end, Sanity for content, Vercel for hosting, and AI tools and vibe coding to move quickly. The thing that ships is the thing that was designed.

Recognition Awards

Toolkit.

The tools I reach for most.

They change; the thinking doesn’t.

Designed user-centred web and mobile experiences across multiple client projects. Focused on turning dense, tangled information into clear interfaces through strong IA and flow design.

Tenchologya

UI/UX Designer

2019 – 2020

Early-career work delivering web and mobile interfaces across client projects, where I learned that the brief is rarely the real problem.

How I approach the work

How I approach the work

Approach.

Seven years in, a handful of beliefs keep proving themselves right. They shape how I work long before they shape what I make, and they hold whether the project is a thousand-page hospital platform or a single landing page.

Structure is the design.

For content-heavy platforms, the information architecture is the experience. A beautiful page on a bad sitemap is worse than a plain page on a good one

The hard part before Figma.

Most digital problems aren’t UI problems. Reconciling stakeholders, mapping content, and defining “done”: that’s where the leverage is.

The hard part before Figma.

Most digital problems aren’t UI problems. Reconciling stakeholders, mapping content, defining “done”, that’s where the leverage is.

Components are not after-work.

A design system isn’t documentation that shows up at the end. It’s the substrate. If it isn’t in the file by week two, it never quite catches up.

Restraint reads as confidence.

Especially in finance, government, and healthcare. The urge to over-design is the urge to overexplain. I’d rather remove three things than add one.

Handoff is half the project.

Design ends when the team can defend it without me in the room. I QA the live build, write the docs nobody reads, and stay close to the launch metric.
