Lesha Capital

Led the redesign for a Qatar-based investment firm offering Sharia-compliant structured products

Know More

Lesha Capital is a Qatar-based investment firm offering structured, Sharia-compliant solutions. Its audience is professional and sceptical, and comes to evaluate rather than to be inspired. The redesign had to convey institutional credibility through clarity, not persuasion.

I brought the digital presence in line with the firm's institutional positioning. Structure, hierarchy, and visual language were refined to take friction out. Authority had to come through without pressure or noise.

The work judged every decision by whether it improved understanding and reinforced credibility. Nothing was there to impress for its own sake.

The Hard Part

Financial sites face heightened scrutiny. The existing experience held strong content, but it asked the reader to work to interpret it. Offerings were not immediately clear to someone new, and the hierarchy blurred strategy and supporting detail.

Navigation followed the firm's internal logic rather than an investor's. The trust signals that did exist were not showing up at the moments that decide confidence.

What I Did

I rebuilt the hierarchy so core offerings and investment philosophy appear early. Navigation was reshaped around how investors actually read a firm. Layouts were simplified, and typography and spacing were tuned to carry authority.

Rather than add content or visual complexity, I refined the structure and the sequence. The site now communicates through clarity and control.

What Changed

The site communicates discipline through how little it strains for attention. Order, predictability, and a quiet visual language do the work. It is understated on purpose.

Visual noise is cut back to keep the focus on substance, and consistency is what builds the trust. In finance, what you leave out often says more than what you add.

The Call

The brief could have been answered by adding polish and proof points. I judged that in this sector restraint reads as discipline, and noise reads as insecurity. So the work was mostly subtraction and sequencing.
