Know More
Qetaifan Projects is a large-scale destination development shaping a future-focused urban and leisure environment in Qatar. Large destinations are understood through imagination first and detail second. The concept had to translate vision into clarity without losing the sense of scale.
I shaped Qetaifan as a coherent, navigable narrative rather than a brochure. Visual storytelling was balanced with informational clarity. The structure was designed to evolve alongside the project itself.
Vision leads and detail follows, in deliberate stages. Information architecture was the main tool for managing the scale.

The Hard Part
Destination platforms struggle to balance inspiration with usability. Qetaifan spans multiple components, phases, and future offerings that could overwhelm people without a clear structure. The sheer volume made entry points hard to establish.
People could lose context moving between vision and detail, and key messages competed visually. Without a strong hierarchy, ambition tips into confusion.

What I Did
I led with narrative structure, so the experience unfolds in stages. Content was reorganised around vision, components, and future phases, with clear pathways for each audience. Hierarchy and sequencing keep the density in check.
Layouts balance immersive visuals with grounded explanation. The result is clearer and more engaging without losing the ambition.

What Changed
Audiences take in the ambition and the substance underneath it together, without having to choose. One structure serves investor, partner, and public reads at once. Future plans become present understanding instead of overwhelming the visitor.
Immersive visuals and grounded explanation are balanced rather than competing. People can explore without getting lost.

The Call
A destination project invites pure spectacle, wall-to-wall renders and big promises. I judged that spectacle without structure leaves people impressed but lost. So narrative and hierarchy lead, with the visuals reinforcing meaning rather than replacing it.
Ambition only means something once people can actually understand it. Structuring the vision was the call that made it land.
