Global platforms are measured differently. Authority is not claimed, it is demonstrated. For WISH, the website needed to reflect the weight of its mission, the depth of its work, and the expectations of an international audience.
A strategic UX evaluation designed to elevate a global health platform through clarity and structure.
The engagement focused on understanding how WISH communicates its value digitally and where the experience fell short. Through evaluation and comparison, the project produced actionable insights to guide future design and content decisions.

Problem
WISH serves diverse audiences with complex informational needs. The existing experience struggled to guide users effectively through that complexity. Content breadth often translated into cognitive load rather than clarity.
Navigation reflected volume rather than intent. Key initiatives competed for attention. The platform lacked a strong narrative thread connecting mission, research, and impact. Benchmarking revealed gaps in discoverability and engagement when compared to global peers.

Solution
The solution focused on defining direction rather than designing screens. Research and benchmarking were used to establish what the platform should prioritize and how it should guide users.
UX evaluation identified structural pain points. Benchmarking highlighted best practices. Gaps were translated into strategic recommendations. The outcome was a clear roadmap addressing navigation, content strategy, and experience flow.

Concept
The guiding concept was authority through clarity. Global credibility is built when complexity is made navigable.
User intent drives structure. Content is framed through narrative. Design decisions are informed by global standards. The platform leads users rather than overwhelming them.
